We currently provide:

  • Standard Economy — $9.95 (3-7 business days)

  • 2-Day Shipping — $24.95 (for faster delivery)
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Yes, orders over $100 CAD qualify for free standard shipping. The threshold is displayed at the top of the cart.

You may return unused items (in original packaging) within 30 days of delivery. Clearance, special orders, or opened/used products are not eligible. You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or you received the wrong product.

Once we receive your return, we inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Please notify us within 7 days. We’ll arrange for free return shipping and either send you the correct item or issue a full refund.

 

Absolutely. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. You can use it to follow its progress until delivery.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure options at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. If you place an order on the weekend or a holiday, it will be handled the next business day.
